What a beautiful ride! Komoot excelled itself today. Nearly the whole ride on bike paths or very tiny roads that are marked bike routes. Wonderful! Such pretty countryside with green hills, vineyards and appealling villages on the hillsides. Este was a lovely stop first thing - beautiful little place, definitely drop in if you're in the area.

DID YOU KNOW - Decathlon have bike tools on a stand outside the shop?? Includes a track pump. We also saw a 'bike point' alongside one of the bike paths - more tools and an honesty drinks stall. Just awesome.

Vicenza camping isn't actually in the city, alas. But it's a decent spot. £30.50 for two of us (campsites are just expensive here, it seems!) - good pitches and facilities, but it is right next to a busy road.
