Hoi An again

Still raining. We gave in and bought ponchos - they are amazing!

Also gave in and bought old town tickets. We really liked the ceramics museum, mostly for the building, and the assembly halls. We didn't think there was much to see in the old houses. If you're on a budget, I suggest not bothering and wandering around a few shops instead - as they are all in the old buildings anyway. You can also get away with standing in the first part of some of the temples, rather than going in. But on the other hand, apparently the money goes towards preserving Hoi An, so that might encourage you to buy a ticket!

Lunch from 'What Else' - good veggie burger and aubergine clay pot. Nice people too.
Dinner was at Cafe 43 - pretty good, and very cheap beer.
