Rest day.

The living museum is worth checking out. Plus the morning market, and the two Wats by the lake.

Breakfast at Kiang Doi - great French toast, pancakes and coffee, very reaasonable
Lunch at N and J's kitchen - solid Thai food, nothing to get too excited about
Dinner at Pizza Primavera - good pizza, not cheap (as expected!)

The night market is still on. Saw some cool traditional dancing. Mae Hong Son is a bit of a grower!
