Mulhouse to Rouffach

It's taking us forever to dry the tent out on these chilly mornings!! We were finally on our way, and took our own route to the 'other' Decathlon. Actually a 'Decathlon Village' with an absolutely massive store, plus loads of sports facilities. Gas was no problem, and we also bought a few ther bits and pieces, inbetween ogling all the lovely kit!! Incidentally, they have lightweight two/three-person tents for 200+ euros. I think they're about 2.6 kilos. Definitely worth a look if you're in the market!

A quick stop at Lidl and we headed north to pick up the route. And finally had Eurovelo 5 signs, hooray!! We were on bike path for a lot of the day, and once past Cernay we were surrounded by vineyards. It's really lovely around here! We spotted a few storks in Cernay (I think it might be famed for them) and saw lots of nest sites on buildings.

The rolling terrain tools its toll a bit - sometimes it's harder when you're not ready for it! So we were glad to arrive in very pretty Rouffach. The municipal campsite is great - well, same as all the others really! And it was really quiet. We took a day off for me to do some job admin.....i
