Kuala Lipis to Jerantut

I was glad we'd been forewarned about this ride by another CGOAB account. Don't be fooled by the route along the river - flat this is not! The main undulations are nearish the beginning and end, but it rolls most of the way. That said, it's a pleasant ride on a fairly quiet road, with some good views of a very jungly river. Once in Jerantut, we headed straight to the Suzimi vegetarian restaurant, which is marked on Google. An excellent Chinese buffet with friendly staff - and it's cheap as chips. Recommended!

Jerantut itself is actually quite large, but we're staying slightly out of the action at the Wau Hotel. Nice, big room with decent bike storage for 78RM. The owner couldn't be kinder! Excellent Indian restaurant next door with English speaking staff and a cute cat!
