Uttaradit

We spent an extra day in Uttaradit as we'd realised my rear mech was bent. Great bike shop if you need one - Chic Bicycle. 50 baht for the fix. Excellent coffee shop nearby too - 1992 cafe gallery.

Everything was closed at lunchtime so we headed to the Tesco Lotus mall and ate at MK restaurant. Menu in English and with pictures, clear vegetarian options. Dinner was a challenge as the stalls we used the previous day had disappeared! So we cobbled together a few snacks from the remaining stalls and 7 eleven.

Mostly we rested up ready for our first proper day cycling! It also rained, very heavily, for most of the day so we weren't too sorry we'd postponed our start...
