A lovely day's riding through rural Switzerland. Now that we're out of the mountains, the roads are less crammed together, and there are plenty of small backroads. Things are a lot quieter!! Lovely rolling scenery too, not dissimilar to Devon....

There was a decent climb to keep us honest!! The first 2km are up a forest track which was actually ok, surface-wise. We did have to lift the bikes over a fallen tree at one point though!! Once back on the tarmac, things flatten out for a while, then it's up up up for over 5km. Although the sign claimed the climb averaged 6
