I'll say it again - Drau Camping in Sachsenburg is GREAT!! Totally peaceful night - I did wonder if we should stay another day!! We even saw meteors when I got up for the loo - it's the Perseid meteor shower at the moment. Anyway it was up and ready in an unusually short time for us (1h45, ha ha) and off we went. A beautiful day and a really beautiful ride along back lanes and through pretty villages and forest, following the Drau cycleway. Not so flat....and fewer people (as a result?)

As we're heading up to Weissbriach to meet our friends, we turned off and up up up the Kreuzberg. Ouch!!!! I knew it was coming, and I saw the 15ign, but I was STILL surprised by how steep it was, and for how long. The road was a little busy too, but fine unless you're like me and wobble all over the place when going slowly!! Strava informs me that the main climb is nearly 5K at just under 8
