Lampang is great. Where are all the tourists?

Nice breakfast at Baan Kieng guesthouse, sitting outside, very civilised. The staff are so kind!

We then wandered around the old city and took in the main sights. Very pleasant, and shared with very few others. We lunched back across the river at another vegan place, possibly better than yesterday but it was close. Once again, the English speaking staff member came right over to help us. Tons of yummy food plus some instant noodles to take away, 82 baht.

Dinner was pizza courtesy of Long Jim, not so cheap but really excellent. 685 baht for one small and one large, and we took 4 pieces away for later. Hopefully this will power us over the hill to Lamphun tomorrow!
